Refunds and Exchanges

Save in the case of products or items personalised for you or made to your specification, if you are unhappy with your product purchase from ARCKIT, you may return them for a full refund or exchange as follows: –

  • Returned products must be returned in the original packaging and in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received them.
  • Unopened Items: At your option, we can offer an exchange or a full refund for the products(s) returned in unopened original packaging.
  • Opened Items: Open ARCKIT product sets can only be returned for exchange. At our sole discretion, we may consider open ARCKIT product sets for a refund where the ARCKIT Products are left intact in their exact original packaging including the clear bags which house components.
  • All returns must be made within 90 days of order and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (“RA Number”).

In the case of a refund, the original amount paid by you will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned product by ARCKIT, in accordance with the above requirements. Refunds will be made in the original payment method. Where an entire order is returned to us for refund in accordance with the above requirements, within 90 days of order, we will also refund your shipping costs.

We will endeavour to ship your exchange ARCKIT product to you within 30 days of receipt the returned set.

If you wish to return or exchange ARCKIT products to us, you will need an RA Number. Please email us at contact@arckit.com to receive your RA Number.

Please note that a return or exchange of an order without an RA Number will be subject to additional processing time and will delay crediting your account.
